After completing a Bachelor of Business Management, Carla began her career in the dynamic events industry, turning clients’ visions into reality. Her passion for serving the community was ignited during COVID when Carla and her team spearheaded a food relief and rescue initiative in Camperdown, supporting countless individuals in need. These experiences fostered a strong commitment to community services, inspiring Carla’s transition into disability support.

With a wealth of experience as a hands-on Support Worker, Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Carla is knowledgeable about the NDIS Space and her holistic approach ensures every client receives the tailored care and support they deserve.

Carla has worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, striving to create meaningful change in their lives. Carla and Daniel share their collective knowledge and experience to bring you Hand & Home.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys staying active through soccer, gym sessions, and running, balancing her dedication to others with a love for fitness and sports.
