Meet Cecilia

As a dedicated social work student entering her final year of university, Cecilia brings passion and insight to her role. With personal experience growing up in a family affected by disability, Cecilia has a deep understanding of the importance of tailored care and the transformative role support workers play in building confidence and independence.

For over a year, Cecilia has worked closely with individuals with disabilities, driven by a desire to help them and their families thrive. Her compassionate approach is inspired by witnessing the positive impact of empowering others to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

Outside of work and studies, Cecilia enjoys staying active through soccer, hiking, and beach outings. She also loves spending time with friends at arcades, movies, and other social activities, bringing this same enthusiasm and energy from her personal life into the Hand & Home team.
