Meet Astrid

Astrid brings over six years of experience as a Support Worker, complemented by three years in the disability arts industry where she has led music, musical theatre, and drama workshops for adults living with a disability. She recently directed an inclusive musical for children and adults of all abilities, showcasing her passion for creating opportunities where everyone can shine.

With experience supporting individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, and mental health conditions, Astrid is dedicated to fostering confidence, creativity, and connection in the people she works with.

Outside of work, Astrid loves all things musical theatre and enjoys singing, dancing, and acting. She also enjoys reading, cycling, and getting outdoors for walks.

As a valued member of Hand & Home, Astrid is dedicated to providing exceptional care and building meaningful connections with those she supports.
